Welcome to Copilot Coffee Co., a woman owned + operated coffee shop and cafe based out of Waukesha, Wisconsin.

Our goal is to provide a welcoming space for our community to gather and enjoy the area's best coffee, from scratch bakery, and good food crafted with an emphasis on supporting local suppliers + small businesses.

 

We prioritize the mission behind any modern coffee house, which is to be a safe gathering space. Bringing together friends old and new is our specialty, and Waukesha is a strong community that we are proud to be a part of.

We are a passionate bunch with a like minded + underlying commitment to each and every guest (that's you -- you're why we show up every morning!) to ensure that they have a delicious experience as well as a comfortable one. That's why we focus on creating a 'good vibes' atmosphere with a commitment to inclusive and compelling food + beverage options to ensure there's something for everyone.
